    Vous trouverez des cours, stages ou ateliers de niveau débutant ou avancé pour les adultes, ados et enfants à partir de 9ans.

    Le temps du confinement, tous les cours sont proposés en vidéo live ou en replay ! Post-confinement, les cours seront remaniés pour conserver quelques live et le reste en présentiel à Aix-en-Provence

    Qui est Margo?

    Educateur sportif professionnel, Monitrice d'arts martiaux, Instructeur fédéral de la FFKDA, Ceinture noire 1er dan de Penchak Silat, formée par Sébastien Véroult de l'école Charles joussot

    Ex-juriste en droit international des affaires, j’ai décidé de me consacrer à ma passion et à enseigner cet art martial qui m’a tant apporté.

    J’ai commencé mon parcours martial avec l’aïkido en 2007 avant de découvrir le Penchak-Silat en 2010, en parallèle de mes études de droit. Le Penchak-Silat m’a tout de suite fascinée par sa force animale et féline.

    J’ai été formée par Sébastien Véroult et les enseignants du Fight Tiger Club à Neuilly sur Seine. Une équipe experte et inspirante. Des heures et des heures d’entraînement sous le sceau du dépassement de soi, encore et toujours. Une vraie école de la vie qui m’a construite et aidée à prendre confiance en moi, à faire face à la vie.

    Aujourd’hui j’ai envie de transmettre ce que j’ai appris et qui me fascine tant.

    Häufig gestellte Fragen

    Pour les cours en vidéo prévoyez des baskets, de l'eau et un tapis (sera utilisé occasionnellement: une serviette peut faire l'affaire). Pour les cours en présentiel prévoyez une tenue de sport classique, des baskets (sauf si tatamis : pieds nus) et de l'eau. Si vous avez coquille de protection + gants/mitaines type MMA, prenez-les avec vous. Mais n'achetez rien tant que vous n'avez pas fait quelques cours d'essai !
    Vous souhaitez apprendre à vous défendre ? Prendre confiance en vous ? Vous initier à un art martial de défense venu d'Asie du Sud Est? Le tout dans un contexte sérieux, convivial & bienveillant? Alors vous êtes au bon endroit !
