    Une approche multi-disciplines où il ne s'agit pas de pratiquer UN sport mais d'utiliser plusieurs éléments de différents sports pour les réunir au sein d'une seule et même pratique. Une sorte de grand fourre-tout organisé !

    C'est fun, innovant, communautaire et challengeant !

    Bouger mieux et bouger plus en pratiquant une variété importante de mouvements et en stimulant le corps et l'esprit par plein d'exercices différents !

    "Hey, je me sens mieux !" ou "Wow, je peux faire ça finalement !", c'est ce qu'on aimerait entendre in fine !

    Bonjour, moi c'est Luc !

    Je suis un épicurien, passionné d’aventures, de recherches et de découvertes. Le corps humain m'a toujours fasciné et je mets toute mon énergie pour le comprendre mieux chaque jour et faire ce que j'aime le plus : changer et transformer la vie des gens !

    Le sport a toujours été une source d’amusement, de plaisir et d’apprentissage pour moi.

    Depuis quelques années, je réalise la puissance du mouvement sur le corps et l’esprit. Bouger, c’est vivre des expériences. Bouger, c’est se sentir vivant.

    Mon idéal ? Développer une communauté de personnes animées par cette envie de reconnecter notre être entier à ces quatre sphères :

    Aimer – Bouger – Penser – Rêver

    Parce que notre approche est fun, innovante, communautaire et challengeant ! Contrairement à un sport précis, notre approche est généraliste et ne s'oriente pas dans une seule direction mais dans toutes les directions ! Vous développer des compétences multiples et un corps équilibré !
    Que peu importe votre âge, votre niveau ou votre ambition, il y a forcément une séance adaptée à vos besoins. Il faut aussi être conscient que pratiquer dehors est notre volonté. Parfois il fera froid, il pleuvra, il fera sombre, mais c'est aussi le jeu et le groupe est là pour vous aider à surmonter ça !
    Le seul matériel dont vous avez besoin, c'est votre corps ! Ce sera votre outil de travail (et de jeu) et nul besoin de le remplacer par une quelconque invention !
