Über uns

Bonjour ! 

Je suis Caroline, professeur de yoga passionnée par la connexion entre le corps et l’esprit, le mouvement et le souffle. Le yoga est pour moi une clé de libération et une voie vers la connaissance de soi.

K.aum, c’est un mélange harmonieux de mon initiale et du mantra sacré « AUM". 

Le K représente mon prénom, Caroline, et symbolise ma présence en tant que professeure de yoga, prête à vous guider dans votre pratique. 

Le mantra AUM est une représentation sonore de l’univers et de la conscience suprême, il incarne l’essence même du yoga qui vise à se connecter à l’énergie universelle pour atteindre un état de paix intérieur.

Au travers de mes cours, je vous invite à explorer votre corps et à calmer votre esprit. En combinant des postures fluides et une respiration consciente, nous créerons ensemble un espace propice à libérer le mental et le corps dans une parfaite harmonie de lâcher prise et de découverte de soi.

Que vous soyez débutants, « pas souples » ou pratiquants expérimentés, il n’y a pas de performance à atteindre. Je suis là pour vous accompagner sur votre chemin yogique, en vous offrant des séances adaptées à tous. 

Il existe des variations pour tous les corps et nous passons toujours un bon moment!

Bonjour, je suis Caroline !

Mon chemin a croisé celui du yoga il y a une dizaine d’année. Je déteste! Le yoga est « mou », trop spirituel, ne me challenge pas. Pourtant, j’y reviens régulièrement jusqu’en 2019 où il sonnera comme une prise de conscience de mon corps. 

C’est en 2020 que le yoga sonne comme un réveil. Sa pratique quotidienne prend racine et je décide de me lancer dans une formation de 300h sur 1 an. Je me plonge également dans une formation en ligne en Hatha Yoga et effectue plusieurs ateliers.

Cette année de formation a révélé ma véritable essence en écoutant mon cœur plutôt que mon ego, à croire un peu plus en moi, à m'accepter. Le yoga a été cette graine magique qui m'a guidée sur mon chemin de vie.

Aujourd’hui, c’est ces graines que je souhaite semer avec vous en tant que professeure de yoga.
