Je suis l'unique coach ici !

Je m'appelle Albane, diplômée un Master 2 STAPS.

Durant mes études, j'ai approfondi les sciences du sport (anatonomie, physiologie, biomécanique, psychologie) et je ne cesse d'apprendre chaque jour pour améliorer les suivis de mes coachées. Autant dire que je n'ai jamais autant appris que depuis que je coach ! Je suis passionnée par mon métier !

Je pratique la musculation depuis bientôt 9 ans et cette activité m'a énormément apporté, autant physiquement que mentalement! J'ai redessiné ma silhouette et développé rigueur et discipline, sans parler de toutes les habitudes saines que je mets en place au quotidien!

Je ne saurais définir tout ce que ce sport et cet état d'esprit m'ont apportés. J'ai commencé à aimer mon corps alors que je me dénigrais sans cesse, je me suis lancée à mon compte alors que j'avais peur de tout. Ma confiance en moi à considérablement grandi.

Ici, dans chacun de mes accompagnements, je t'aide à adopter une nutrition intelligente et je te propose des programmes sportifs cohérents et adaptés à toi dans la bienveillance (pas de privation, tu prendras du plaisir sur la partie sport). Mon objectif est de te permettre de te sentir toujours mieux dans ton corps tout en t'aidant à prendre conscience de ta valeur !
