Insight Yoga (Yin/Yang Mindfulness) and cultivating the three energy centers: Belly Heart Head

Join Sarah Powers live for a 2 and half-hour workshop on Friday December 17th 17:00-19:30.

Sarah will mingle yoga poses with seated meditation with an emphasis on standing poses and the hara (belly center) the first hour, backbends and the heart center the second hour, and ending with twists and developing the insight center of the third eye in meditation.

All levels welcome but please come with a basic understanding of yoga postures and Mindfulness meditation.

We recommend you read Sarah’s first book Insight Yoga as well as her recent book Lit From Within (coming out in November) to familiarize yourself with Sarah’s style.
