Un voyage guidé par nos sens, du microcosme au macrocosme je t'invite à te reconnecter au coeur des mouvements des éléments
Du son le plus subtil vers le souffle de vie, ils rempliront ton corps pour donner naissance au mouvement organique, te glissant alors de la danse intuitive, te reliant ainsi à chaque éléments pour les célébrer en conscience avec ton merveilleux corps, et te reconnecter au plaisir d'être en vie et de te sentir pleinement humain(e).
Vibrant alors à l'unisson avec l'air, le feu, l'eau et la terre tu iras goûter au silence laissant ton corps intégrer leurs énergies et leurs messages. Nous termineront alors avec une cacao ceremony pour déposer au sein de notre coeur alors relié notre intention du printemps . Instrument du monde, musique, danse, respiration, rejoins-nous le samedi 16 avril de 10h à 12h

- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
