Moving, breathing, feeling, experiencing the mind/body/soul system as a whole. Every class has a special theme and includes tools from classical Tantra Yoga: Movement (Asana), breath control (pranayama), sacred sounds (mantras), mudras (hand gestures), visualization and meditation. Alexia ist leidenschaftliche Yogini, Unternehmerin und creative Soul of ALKEMY. Ihr spiritueller Weg hat im indischen Ashram begonnen, wo sie schon mit jungen Jahren in die die Yogatradition initiiert wurde. Alexias unglaublich vielfältiges und reiches Wissen in den Bereichen Yoga Philosophie und Psychologie, klassisches Tantra, Energie- und Heilarbeit machen sie zu einer einzigartig inspirierenden Lehrerin und Leaderin dieser Zeit.
