This open class welcomes practitioners of all levels. Different Asana options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. A typical class is drawn from the focus of the month essay, supported by chanting, pranayama, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment, relaxation and meditation. The asanas, meditation and spiritual teachings are designed in a sequence creatively designed by the teacher.
