Elle est aussi diplômée d'Etat en danse jazz et formée à la méthode LOW PRESSURE FITNESS ( technique respiratoire et posturale), et cela fait 30 ans qu'elle enseigne. Elle vit à Rio de Janeiro, elle propose des cours de gym hypopressive Low Pressure fitness(LPF) en ligne, en groupe ou individuel.
