Description

YoPilates: We start the class with the 5 Tibetans, otherwise known as the fountain of youth. This body warming series will allow us to jump right into some Mat Pilates exercises that work the entire core- from your knees to your elbows. From here, we work our way into yoga asanas, taking the awareness of our core we just worked into our poses. We eventually wind down, finishing with a super nourishing shavasna and deep relaxation. You will leave this class feeling like you have worked hard, stretched it all out, then integrated all that Prana (life force), positive effort and blood flow into your body to serve your highest good.

Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
