Séance de yoga en live avec un retour personnalisé pour chacun, comme en salle. Séances TN mais adaptées aux débutants afin d'assurer le plus de sécurité possible dans la pratique. Un maximum de 12 élèves par séance et un minimum de 6.

Vous recevrez un lien Zoom 15 minutes avant le début du cours ! Merci de penser à annuler au moins 12h en avance pour la bonne organisation de tous. Hâte de vous retrouver derrière l'écran ! Sans masque ! '

Online stream

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

  • This studio uses Zoom as their streaming provider to online stream their activities. Download the according software or app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
  • The access to the online stream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. You can find the link for the online stream in your online profile under “My bookings”. With a click on “Join online stream now” you will be forwarded to the corresponding page and you join the activity online!
  • Specific streaming providers, e.g. Zoom, allow participants to see each other through the video camera. If you do not want to show yourself or the personal environment, you can deactivate the camera function or cover the camera. The name you enter when you join the online meeting room will be shown to other participants. However, you can change your name at any time (e.g. only specify the initials).

Emmanuelle Stimamiglio enseigne le hatha yoga avec douceur et précision et s'attache à vous en faire ressentir la beauté et les bienfaits. Elle adapte les postures à chacun et module son cours selon l'énergie du moment. Elle s'est formée auprès d'Alexandra Peyre (inspirée anusara), est diplômée par Sivananda, un des organismes les plus reconnus dans le monde du yoga traditionnel, et a suivi différentes spécialisations (yoga prénatal, pour enfants, anatomie et mouvement). Cours en français et/ou anglais. Sa citation préférée ? "Begin where you are" - (B.K.S. Iyengar)
